New Year with Stampin’ Up!!

Starting June 2nd, the new Catalog goes LIVE!! And I may have said this before and I know I will say it again, but this is absolutely the BEST one I have seen yet! There are some new and interesting things in this catalog, one thing I can mention is that we are partnering with Kathy Higgins with Project Life, a very simple and elegant way to do a scrapbook!

Another great thing is that from May 28th – June 30th you can join my team at the regular rate of $99, BUT we will also be offering a reduced starter kit for $50! Please let me know if you are interested, or after Friday May 30th, you can go to my website to join my team at

I would love to get all of you that are interested in Stampin’ Up to join my team, I have some very exciting things planned for team members!

It’s the first of March, so that means you only have until the end of this month to take advantage of the great free stuff with Sale-a-Bration!  I think I have ordered everything in the book and a couple of them more then once!  This is a card I made using the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper (126154) and Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad set (127279), note the ribbon around the bottom of the cup from the SAB, I also used the following out of the Occasions Mini: Tea Shoppe Stamp set (125547 – clear mount), from the Idea Book and Catalog I used the Lucky Limeade, Pool Shop, and Very Vanilla Card stock, and Basic Pearls (119247)

Valentines Day

Ok, I have a couple things to put on here, these are a few things I made for my family, I hope you enjoy what I have done, I LOVE doing this, I could stay in my craft room/ office 24/7 (ok, take time out to eat!) I will put what product I have used and say what it was used for:

Valentines Box

Small heart box of candy (4″ box)

Idea Book and Catalog:

  • Blushing Bride card stock
  • Very Vanilla card stock
  • crimper for top heart
  • 121814 – Heart Press Letterpress (for Bigshot)
  • 111836 – Riding Hood Red Classic stamp pad

Occasions Mini:

  • 125599 – Hearts Framelits Die
  • 125462 – P.S. I Love You
  • 125569 – 3/8″ Pleated Satin Ribbin – Riding Hood Red
  • 121790 – Red Glitter Paper
  • 125577 – Lg Pearl Basic Jewels

Glitter Heart Cards:  On the front of the card, I used the Hearts Framelits Die to cut the heart out and then used the next size up to make the Red Glitter heart, where I cut the heart hole, you may be able to see where I sprinkled the smooch spritzes on there so when you open up the card you have a glittery heart.   I used the Scallop Edge Border Punch on the Chocolate Chip card stock and the Red Glitter paper, then I put them along the top, I did not line then up evenly on purpose.

Idea Book and Catalog:

  • River Rock Card Stock
  • Chocolate Chip card stock
  • Very Vanilla Card stock
  • 119882 – Scalloped Edge Border Punch
  • 111826 – Riding Hood Red Classic stamp pad
  • 121790 – Red Glitter Paper
  • Chocolate Chip Ribbon from Christmas Mini
  • 119246 – Basic Rhinestones
  • 118772 – Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz (used on both cards)

Occasions Mini:

  • 125599 – Hearts Framelits Die
  • 125462 – P.S. I Love You
  • 125601 – Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing Folders

If you have any questions about these projects please let me know……they can be made to use for other occasions also!

Ronald McDonald House

I would like to start a new camp, one where you would be making cards for the Ronald McDonald house.  The way this works is for every card you make you will make another, you get to keep one and one goes to Ronald McDonald house for the kids, parents or relatives to use, they are donated so they don’t have to pay for them, it is our way of helping so that they don’t have to worry about this one small expense.  PLEASE let me know if you would be interested in doing a camp or if you want we can do it as a workshop, and for the sales you have you would get the hostess benefits!!  What a great opportunity to help out our kids!!
